Elite Sponsor — $5,000
Premium Sponsor — $3,000
Platinum Exhibitor — $2,000
Gold Exhibitor — $1,500
Silver Exhibitor — $1,000
1. Event Table & Space. Sponsor shall receive one (1) exhibit table per the selected package, unless otherwise specified. Table location will be assigned by OKC REIA based on package level and availability. Premium and Elite Sponsors receive priority placement.
2. Setup & Breakdown. Vendor/Sponsor setup will be available beginning at 7:00 AM on September 26, 2026. All exhibits must be fully set up by 8:00 AM. Breakdown may begin after the event concludes and must be completed by 6:30 PM on the event date. Sponsor is responsible for staffing their exhibit space during all event hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
3. Non-Transferable. This sponsorship agreement and all associated benefits are non-transferable. The Sponsor may not assign, sell, or transfer this agreement or any rights hereunder to any third party without prior written consent from OKC REIA.
4. All Sales Final. All sponsorship and exhibitor fees are non-refundable. Once payment is received, there will be no refunds, credits, or transfers regardless of attendance or participation.
5. Payment Terms. Full payment is due upon signing this agreement. Sponsor benefits will not be activated until payment is received in full. Accepted payment methods include credit card, check, or wire transfer.
6. Marketing Materials Deadline. Sponsor must submit all required materials for printed materials (logo, company description) by September 5, 2026. Online marketing materials (promotional content, commercial/video files if applicable) should be provided as soon as possible, but no later than September 5, 2026. Failure to provide print materials by this deadline may result in omission from printed materials.
7. Logo & Brand Usage. Sponsor grants OKC REIA permission to use Sponsor's name, logo, and likeness in connection with promoting the event. OKC REIA will use Sponsor's materials in good faith and in accordance with any brand guidelines provided.
8. Conduct & Compliance. Sponsor agrees to conduct business in a professional and ethical manner during the event. OKC REIA reserves the right to remove any Sponsor or exhibitor who engages in disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior without refund.
9. Liability & Indemnification. Sponsor assumes all responsibility for their exhibit, products, materials, and representatives. Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OKC REIA, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Sponsor's participation in the event.
10. Insurance. Sponsor is responsible for obtaining appropriate liability insurance for their exhibit and activities. OKC REIA is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to Sponsor's property or equipment.
11. Event Cancellation or Modification. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond OKC REIA's control (including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, venue issues, or public health emergencies), OKC REIA may, at its sole discretion, offer Sponsor a credit toward a future event or a partial refund. OKC REIA reserves the right to modify event programming, schedule, and logistics as needed.
12. Attendee Data. Access to attendee lists is provided only to Premium and Elite Sponsors as specified in their package benefits. Sponsor agrees to use attendee data in compliance with all applicable privacy laws and solely for legitimate business purposes related to real estate investment education and services.
13. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
14. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to this subject matter.
By completing your sponsorship registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
