Welcome to BREAKTHROUGH OKC: The 2026 Wealth Building Summit. By registering for, attending, sponsoring, or participating in this event, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing a ticket, registering as a sponsor or exhibitor, or attending BREAKTHROUGH OKC (the "Event"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register for or attend the Event.
2. EVENT DETAILS
Event: BREAKTHROUGH OKC: The 2026 Wealth Building Summit
Date: January 31, 2026
Location: Oklahoma City Convention Center, Oklahoma City, OK
Host: Oklahoma City Real Estate Investors Association (OKC REIA)
3. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
All registrations are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of registration. By submitting payment, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tickets, sponsorships, and exhibitor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued regardless of attendance or participation.
4. CODE OF CONDUCT
All attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and staff are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner throughout the Event. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
Disruptive, threatening, or violent behavior
Unauthorized solicitation or distribution of materials
Misrepresentation of identity or affiliation
Any illegal activity
OKC REIA reserves the right to remove any individual who violates this Code of Conduct from the Event without refund.
5. PHOTO, VIDEO, AND MEDIA RELEASE
By attending the Event, you grant OKC REIA and its authorized representatives permission to photograph, film, and record you and your likeness. You agree that OKC REIA may use these images and recordings for promotional, marketing, educational, and commercial purposes without compensation or further approval. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify Event staff upon arrival.
6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Attendance at the Event is voluntary. You acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to illness, injury, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance and participation in the Event.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OKC REIA, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your attendance or participation in the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, theft, loss of business, or any other damages.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OKC REIA, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your attendance, participation, or conduct at the Event.
9. EVENT MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATION
OKC REIA reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, programming, speakers, venue, or other details at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond OKC REIA's control (including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or venue issues), OKC REIA may, at its sole discretion, offer registrants a credit toward a future event or a partial refund. OKC REIA shall not be liable for any costs incurred by attendees, including travel and accommodation expenses.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content presented at the Event, including but not limited to presentations, materials, handouts, and recordings, is the intellectual property of OKC REIA or its respective speakers and sponsors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Event content without prior written permission.
11. PRIVACY AND DATA USAGE
By registering for the Event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by OKC REIA for event administration, communication, and marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with sponsors at certain sponsorship levels as outlined in sponsor agreements. OKC REIA will not sell your personal information to third parties unaffiliated with the Event.
12. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS AND SPONSORS
The Event may include third-party vendors, sponsors, and exhibitors. OKC REIA does not endorse or guarantee the products, services, or representations of any third party. Any transactions or interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party. OKC REIA is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from such interactions.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Event shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service, together with any applicable Sponsorship Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and OKC REIA regarding your participation in the Event and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By registering for or attending BREAKTHROUGH OKC: The 2026 Wealth Building Summit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
